Hi All :hello:
Can I ask if house developers of new builds will let you exchange to a smaller property and pay for the new house with the equaty in you old property.

Some builders will let you part exchange your current property when buying one of their properties. However, I've never heard of a builder accepting an exchange of a property of equal or greater value than the property they are selling.0

The lowest for part exchange I've seen is 30% more on the new property.0
