Add on Georgian Bar to existing windows?

At the moment we've got full frame, white upvc windows, and to be honest, they look OK, but don't really go with the house. Most neighbours either have Georgian Bar or the proper individual panes.
Looking at the windows it seems there is a removable trim on the inside of the frame, so I was wondering, does anyone know if it's possible to replace these with a Georgian Bar, both in and out?
From what I can tell, they are just a planted on style to the window, and the windows aren't actually made from individual panes.
