Depending on the circuitry in the TV, you could expect to get more than 6 hours. If it's got a dc-dc converter (instead of a linear regulator), you would expect to get closer to 15 hours use.
3.7V 2Ah = 7.4Wh
12V 4Ah = 48Wh
Assume its 80% efficient and you get around 15.5 hours.
Of course, there's no way to tell except to try it (unless you're a techy).0
