We've recently upgraded from Sky Plus where we used a magic eye upstairs to be able to view Sky there.
We've now been told we need an IO link to enable this. We've ordered one from Sky and installed it, but cannot get it to work upstairs. We've also bought a new Sky+ HD remote (marketing ploy if ever I heard one that the old remote from Sky+ doesn't work on Sky+ HD )
Any ideas please?

Sorry - should have looked on Sky Forum first. Need to enable RF Output via "Services" on the TV - in case others have the same problem!0

You may also need to set the RF2 output format to 16/9, mine had defaulted to 4/3 so we were not getting the full picture in the remote TV's. The other funny we found was that the remote TV's (both Panasonic plasmas) see the RF2 output from our Sky+ box as an analogue signal rather than a DAB signal, so we have to set the remote TV's to analogue and tune in the channel to watch Sky channels on the remote TV's!0
