Balance Transfer an O/Draft & CC Balance

Hi
I have an O/Draft with my bank account, I also wish to Balance transfer my current Credit card then ditch that. I put this in motion with my bank but 6 weeks later still no news from them (Oh! Go on then - ABBEY 'Useless' National)
As there seems to be plenty of 13/15 month 0% with 2.5% Fee charges can I BTransfer my O/Draft? Or is it only my bank willing to do that to their card?
Getting impatient & knowing I'll pay in full each month to clear in 12 months I'm happy to go elsewhere
