Time to block woobox

In the past sites such as tiny url , Makeashortlink and others have been used to hide referral links, which we don't allow on the forum, so they've been banned.
http://woobox.com is also used to hide referral links and there has been a spate of them being posted on the competitions forum and now outside it as well - A direct link to a "Woobox" app is not necessary so can this be added to the banned list?
