1. SPONSOR

1.1. The Printing Problems Sweepstake is sponsored by the Navigator Office Paper brand, property of grupo Portucel Soporcel.



2. PROMOTION PURPOSE

2.1. The purpose of this promotion is to award prizes to Navigator Paper Facebook fans.



3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. To participate in the Printing Problems Sweepstake must be eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Navigator Paper parent and affiliate companies, employees or suppliers as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members, are not eligible.



4. PROMOTION DATE DUE

4.1. This promotion begins 15th June and runs until the 31st July 2015, GMT Time.



5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5.1. You can participate in this promotion by entering the application contest available from the Navigator Facebook fan page (https://www.facebook.com/navigatorpaper).

5.2. Participants need to make a video to prove any printing problem and upload their video on the Navigator Paper Application on Facebook, along with a sentence about the video produced. The most original video and sentence chosen by the Navigator jury will win.

5.3 The aim is to make a video to presentation of the problems related to printing as well as their solution.

Some examples of printing problems: Paper jams, difficulties handling paper, time lost when printing problems happen, too much waste, ink takes too long to dry, ink smudges across paper surface, bad printing quality, bad paper quality causes does not impress colleagues, etc.

Each video will have to present the problem and provide a solution to overcome it, based on Navigator paper and its comprehensive range of products.

You cannot use inappropriate language or images which content is offensive to any individual, third party or the company sponsoring the contest. Entries are subject to prior validation, so only those that fully meet the terms, conditions and requirements of this Regulation will be published.

5.4. For your participation to be submitted you must fill in all the fields in the entry form. (Video, Sentence, Name, Address, Telephone Number and Email).

5.5. The video and the sentence may not use references to other trademarks than Navigator Paper. Any content contained in the image must first be authorized by the individuals involved in it. Navigator Paper reserves the right to use the video and sentence in question for promotional purposes.



6. AWARDS

6.1. 3 Awarded prizes to the three best videos and sentences.

1st prize: 1 Canon EOS 70D

2nd prize: 1 Go Pro Hero 4 Black

3rd prize: 1 iPad Mini

6.2. Winners will be contacted by email and informed on how to receive theirs prizes.

6.3 Each participant (each ID Card, email) can only be considered winner once during the promotion.

6.4. For all prizes: there will be no cash equivalent and all prizes are nontransferable. No substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.



7. DATA PROTECTION

7.1.Personal data collected during this promotion is limited to the minimum needed. Navigator Paper agrees to protect the participants personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access. Navigator Paper warrants the participants the possibility to access, update or remove their personal data at any time.

7.2. This promotion is not sponsored, promoted, managed or associated with Facebook.

7.3. By entering this contest, all participants accept the rules described here and undertake to respect them. The instructions given during the course of the promotion are an integral part of these rules.

7.4. Any failure to comply with procedures outlined in these rules will result in the disqualification of the participant.
