Packaged Bank Accounts

I took out a Packaged Bank Account in 2002. During this time I have used it twice for car breakdown. I feel this account was pushed onto me.
Can I still claim even though I used it for car breakdown.
I have never used the travel insurance, or mobile phone cover.

You can still complain about a mis-sale even if you have used benefits. However, it does reduce the chances of success. If they do uphold the complaint they can deduct the cost of the benefits from the redress.I feel this account was pushed onto me.I have never used the travel insurance, or mobile phone cover.
You dont have to use (as in claim). However, if you registered your phone that would be enough.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
