'completed listings' not showing up

This evening I seem to be getting nowhere when looking for completed listings - all I get is "There was a problem with your request. Please try again". I'm logged in, and have tried a selection of searches, but always the same note.

Anyone else having problems?

SOLVED - It doesn't like it when the location is set to 'European Union', but works fine when set for 'UK only'. Can't remember ever setting it as EU.

I'm getting the same problem. I have had a few problems with ebay especially since they introduced the new selling form. I now use Firefox for listing sales but both it and IE7 have this problem. ebay are 'Testing an Improved Finding Experience' according to their general announcements so this may have somrething to do with it.

You're right. Doesn't matter which location you search in as long as the box is ticked. Never used to be like that.

Thank you Henge for posting this. I've been soooo annoyed with this problem since yesterday morning (just when I picked this weekend to do lots of listing!). And yes, as long as you have a location ticked, you can see the completeds. Aaargghh!
Last time I had a random problem with Ebay something random fixed it, and this is another of those instances... I hope it doesn't stay like this...

If you follow the suggestion in this thread to actually tick a location box it seems to clear the problem.

Yup-just ticked the box and all is fine now! Big thanks!

  • I tried clearing my cookies to no avail, so I too came here seeking the answer, and was relieved to find someone had discovered what to do. Cheers!
