Check whether the planning permission allows it to be used as a separate dwelling, or whether it has a condition that it must be ancillary to the main house.0

Looks like you would have to pay a rent to the freeholder who could move you on at any time. It is definitely a mobile home. I would not be surprised if you had to move it after sale.
Do come back and let us know when you have more in depth information. The only problem with that is that you are going to have to pay for it to find out0 -
