Hello, has anyone had any experience of these solicitors or give me some advise please. Our vendor is using them and they are proving to be a complete nightmare. No one can get hold of them. We have been waiting since beginning of feb for the sale to go through. Initially we were told early may then the 28th May and now 12th June but it's not going to happen. At the last minute they find a problem. The most resent one is our vendors I.D and wife's death cert that they want to see. It won't get to them until thurs so it looks like we won't be completing fri.
What can I say to make them pull their finger out? I'm really concerned now our buyer is going to drop out as he's been patiently waiting for us.
