For me it works when I put in "non-slip base" but not the other thing maybe it can't deal with the ˚ or something?0

You are right Kysira. It would only accept my entry when I changed the answer to "non-slip base".0

It is the ˚ symbol. The webpage cannot process it. I would use the word degree instead as that is what the review text uses rather than ˚.0
