Egg Loans

Having scoured the internet for last few hours tying up the "who's bought who" company wise - I am struggling to work out who to contact to reclaim PPi from my previous Egg loan. All other companies I used to have credit with I've worked out.

I know Barclays took the Egg card business but who took the loans on?

Has anyone had any success claiming back Egg Loan PPI?

Hi

I'm new to the site and trying to post regarding Egg PPI but cannot for the life of me see new thread button.
I put in a claim about 4 weeks ago and received one letter saying it had been received and is being investigated then yesterday I received another one saying they are writing to update me regarding their investigation as it has been 4 weeks since they received my complaint.
Has anyone else received these and was the outcome successful?

A four week holding/informing letter is quite normal - you will get a descsion letter in the next 4 weeks.

I received a similar letter, twice (three loans, but the later two were lumped together as the third was a top up). All three of my complaints were upheld
