help I cant find the mouse on laptop

I have a toshiba satelite c850-1c9 I have switched on laptop today and cannot find the mouse can someone help please x

Do you mean you have a mouse plugged in, but can't find the arrow on the screen?

If so (and I'm assuming it's a USB mouse), unplug it and plug it back in.

If that doesn't work, try another mouse, as the one you are using maybe FUBAR.

No sorry its not a usb mouse its one in the laptop I was on it fine yesterday but now I cant get on it x

If you mean the trackpad then it may be disabled.
According to http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1763317 the F5 key is used to toggle it on/off (probably in conjunction with a function key often labelled fn)

Yes sorry was trackpad I meant I tried fn and f5 but its not coming on so annoyed with myself
