Good afternoon peps,, hope everyone is enjoying this glorious weather, must admit i prefer to cycle in it as u create a lovely breeze . I 2 was blocked couldnt understand why but got loged on now, glad i wasnt only one or id be feeling special:D had a right palava yesterday trying to use coupon for petrol in sainsbos, silly beggar ran out of till roll & didnt refill:mad: wondered why i had no bm, a long story but silly MANAGER, pah, threatened me with security???? Because she was in wrong, not once did i get an appology, i asked 4 a refund 4 times!!!! She then said are u sure, she obviously had no clue, so 2 hours after going in i came home empty handed, fuming & got straight on phone, got offered £50 gift card when they called me back after speaking to her, i refused saying i will never again shop there, totaly disguisting behavior from someone in charge, & they would loose a lot of custom from me from shoppjng, 2 cars & motorbike 4 petrol. off to get my shopping in tescis now lol, hugs to anyone who wants 1

Get them to scan the bar code on the back of the voucher, and also read the T&C on the back. It clearly states you can use it against ANY FOOD ITEM as long as you buy one bag of crisps per item.
Stand your ground, there are trouts out there, but don't be put off.

After my experience today too, maybe it would just be safer and easier to go for the PayPal/shopit route, I've done one of each so far and had the money back within a couple of days.

Hang on, they offered you £50 gift card as an apology and you turned it down? :eek:

If I was that incensed, I would see accepting the gift card as getting my own back and then once spent maybe consider not shopping there again ... . I am quite happy taking the moral high ground ... after accepting their apology and pay off and see no conflict in doing this .

Used 11 Walkers vouchers today no problems. 6 in Sada & % in Sains, bought the crisps & used the rest towards my weekly shop.

Bit concerned that M4RT1N reports a delay in vouchers arriving, hope it is down to Royal Mail not Walkers.

Bought another box today in JF, they had them stacked high by the door.
