Was it an Asda womble? if so, then the barcode is on the receipt (minus check digit, some BC generators generate the check digit for you though)

thanks a lot, I am actually in the garden and have brilliant wifi now, bt gave us a new cable to the house and we have better internet than ever, I keep wandering to see where it reaches:D
