Tourists in Greece won't be affected by the cash problems. It's only Greek bank cards that are limited to withdrawing 60€ a day. Our bank cards here would work fine in Greece, unless you're trying to withdraw money from an empty cashpoint :rotfl:
The media here have done a wonderful job of stirring anxiety. Ask anyone on any of the islands in Greece and they'll tell you there's no or minimal problems. Ask any tourist and they'll tell you they've noticed no different.
Even if they came out of the euro and switched to drachma, it would take months for the process to complete. You'd be looking at 12-18 months.
