    Not sure about stopping the download, but I am fairly sure that is now part of Virgin Media, you should be able to sign in through Virginmedia.com, at least that way you can check your email.

    Not sure about stopping the download, but I am fairly sure that is now part of Virgin Media, you should be able to sign in through Virginmedia.com, at least that way you can check your email.

    I still have to find my Hotmail emails & get rid of the pesky download, but its a start.

    Pleased to help :D

    If you can find the right email just delete (will only go into a deleted folder or bin, not fully deleted), If you want to make sure you keep it you can always forward it to yourself before deleting it.

    Hotmail emails can be accessed the same way (Hotmail.com) (just in case you didn't know :) )
