This may well be old news - but is everyone aware of just how good the MeercatMovies thing is ? I took out 1 day travel insurance for £4.20 (would be much cheaper for anyone younger than me) and I'm getting 2 4 1 cinema tickets for 12 months valid on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Its a better offer than the old Orange Wednesdays one .

Only found 2 packs of RTC bacon in HB while I got my "It's a risk" crisps. ;) And I thought the travel size Colgates in the picture were good for 19p each. :)

    You've won! What next?
If you are already a lucky winner, you can pick from 3 ways
to redeem your lunch within 14 days.

Don’t forget to ensure your lunch includes a packet of Walkers crisps plus any food item (plus a soft drink if you wish), up to the value of £4.00/€5.00.
    1. Receive a coupon in the post and redeem at any participating retailer (UK) or retailer (ROI)
    2. Buy your lunch at any Shopitize App participating retailer using your smartphone to upload proof of purchase and get a refund (via bank transfer or PayPal)
    3. Buy your lunch at any receipt upload participating retailer, upload your receipt from your smartphone or PC to our website and get a refund via PayPal

Of course without sloppyties how are you going to claim twice for 1 purchase ? (i haven't btw, not yet anyway)

Good morning everybody, what a beautiful day :j
I have had a quick read back but haven't thanked posts individually so thank you all.
tweets I am glad I made your day sweetie. I have lost another pound this week, not as much as I would have liked but at least it is heading in the right direction . I am extremely grateful for your support. I am off on holiday on Saturday so chances are, with the 'all inclusive' board, I will put on a 'few' ounces. Did I say ounces, more like a few pounds :o but I will come back with renewed determination to shed those extra pounds.
Sorry to see that the returning posters have gone again :(, no doubt we would all do the same thing in their shoes, we can only hope that they have not gone for good because that is too sad to contemplate. You only have to read back to see how much they are loved and missed on here.
Right I will duck in and out during today as lots to sort out before my hols....speak later.....x

A lb is a lb better than putting on :T

Hope you have a nice holiday and enjoy yourself. :)

When I go away I am a very fussy eater especially abroad I cant eat it if I don't like what I see. :( Wont touch the meat at all abroad.
