Good morning everybody, what a beautiful day :j
I have had a quick read back but haven't thanked posts individually so thank you all.
tweets I am glad I made your day sweetie. I have lost another pound this week, not as much as I would have liked but at least it is heading in the right direction :beer:. I am extremely grateful for your support. I am off on holiday on Saturday so chances are, with the 'all inclusive' board, I will put on a 'few' ounces. Did I say ounces, more like a few pounds but I will come back with renewed determination to shed those extra pounds.
Sorry to see that the returning posters have gone again , no doubt we would all do the same thing in their shoes, we can only hope that they have not gone for good because that is too sad to contemplate. You only have to read back to see how much they are loved and missed on here.
Right I will duck in and out during today as lots to sort out before my hols....speak later.....x

Good morning All.

I've been lurking because I've been away for a few weeks. Went to Florida to visit friends, so no glitching for me. Had a lovely time, but now to get back to normal. I have tried to keep up and am sorry to see so many missing

DD is in Costa Rica at the moment and they have just declared a state of emergency because so much rain has caused road blockages with landslides. Don't know when she will manage to get home :eek: She is stuck at the bottom of the island and needs to get up country to be able to fly home later this week, but no way to travel at the moment. It will be an expensive holiday if she needs to buy a new ticket home!

Glad you had a lovely time in Florida. I hope your DD is able to get to the airport and home on schedule. What a worry, but hopefully she will find a way through. I expect their emergency services are used to this sort of thing and, unlike us over here when there is a freak storm, probably have a plan of action in place to clear the roads.

Hi Mrs B I bought the face wash that used to be the old trigger I have used it twice over the past couple of days hth:) B/C end 103870 .I think if yoU buy the face wash with 2 moisturisers it gives the best return against S

A £3.99 v S £2.00

I used 1 face wash + 2 lynx anti dandruff as this gives the best return for the lynx

A £ 3.49 v T £ 1.75

All other lynx do not have a great comparison all the lynx show on your apg hth

Just found a Morries £5 M&M voucher in my purse so going to use that to get the freebie drink think that's on CoS and I'll get the other couple of essentials that I'm needing and save myself a few quid.

Anyone else going to be watching Wimbledon this year? I do like my tennis My DD loves watching Andy Murray, can't think where she gets it from

Am back from as.bought the dusted fillets.were £2.98 on sel but website sed £2.paid then went to cstold her website and showed my fone and she sed the changes hadnt gone on yet so refunded me 98p.i asked for a £2 gc for oc and she sed..will you can have one if you want?????.
I sed of course!..I would have rung h/o if she hadnt.
so spent £8, then walkers cpn for £4...then she gave me £2.98 back...then took a stray trolley back with a£1 in, then £1.71 on cos....so im in credit, yah!!
