The Elite and the 24 hour #glitch people :)

Let's hope my story of the week doesn't offend anyone.


So I ordered a kingsized duvet and a king sized sheet from Very last week.....it was on 10ways £11 for both :j:j

Got an email to tell me next day it had been delivered to my chosen local shop :j went to pick it up and was told it wasn't there

Confused, I emailed the courier after checking the tracking which also said it was at the shop.

Day 2: Email from courier to say very sorry for confusion but we have phoned the shop and the parcel is definately there.........

Back I go, still they insisted there was no parcel for me. Very frustrated I emailed the courier again. received yet another reply saying my parcel was indeed at the shop.

Day 3:Went back again and Miss stroppy pants was on duty. Still no parcel. Very frustrated by this point I had a mini meltdown got my emails up on my phone whilst I allowed stroppy pants to serve her customers in between then insisted she read the emails. She told me she couldn't because she didn't have her glasses. :eek:

I exasperatedly started to read them to her. I got to the part where the emails tell me where my parcel is and she very smugly told me





I was in the wrong shop :o:o:o


Embarassed? :eek: much I didn't even try to talk my way out of it. I just left

I now have my parcel from the shop up the road

Im just reading back, and there is a lot of posts about reporting people. Its sad really. People have changed, brainwashed, turned malicious, just bitter, who knows, but they arnt the people they were, and thats sad. I did have other things to say about it too, but cant sort my words out right, so will just say pathetic. Hey ho!

FC that's a classic :rotfl::rotfl:reminds me of the time I stopped for diesel and my friend went in to pay

When he came out of the garage he got in the wrong car sat in the passenger seat and put his seatbelt on I was in stitches :rotfl:

Thinking were the hell does he think I have gone as I was driving. After about 20 seconds he had a mini panic attack and realised :eek:

everyone in the shop of the petrol station was watching this unfold and laughing. As the person who owned the car was saying what the hell is he doing in my car :rotfl:
