I'm in the wide awake club though as after getting up early hours I may have had a 3 hour afternoon nap. :o

Hopefully they will get the money back if they cancel. If they won't then the holiday company may let them transfer the booking to a different holiday or to take the holiday later in the year.

If the Foreign Office advise against travel, then the holiday company will be forced to allow cancellation. Problem comes if the FO just say to be cautious and don't advise against travelling, then it is down to your insurer or just deciding to whether you want to go or not.

We have been in that difficult situation before and you really have to distance yourself from the finances and decide if you want to be there. Even if you lose money, there is no point going somewhere just to end up sitting petrified to move in your hotel room for a week.

Tunisia will probably be one of the safest places to go at the moment!

France has had 2 terrorist attacks too this year would you advise against travel there?

Experienced the most unbelievable coincidence tonight........just can't get over it. What are the chances of walking into a pub and find sat next to you having a meal, friends/ family you haven't seen for years and who live hundreds of miles away.
