Back from hairdressers with DD. Prom hair looks stunning, although I think it gave the hairdresser a bit of trouble, she had three of them working on it at one point!

We have strawberries like that too TS, but plenty of good ones as well. You can always cut the holey bits away (as long as nothing is lurking inside :eek:) and make jam

Love it! We had a cat called Kipling many years ago. We made the mistake of leaving a slab of focaccia with olive and rosemary topping on the lounge table while we went to fetch the pizza and salad for a lazy nights dinner in front of the TV. The doorbell rang, and by the time we came back, a couple of minutes later, bearing pizza and salad, Kipling had eaten the entire top off the bread and was washing luxuriously. Our own fault for leaving it so invitingly on a low table!

Just picked my strawberries too, forced to pick them early as won't have chance at the weekend, they are now in the fridge and I shall be making a Victoria sponge on Monday and getting some whipping cream, some things just have to be done:)

I net off all my fruit now, apart from gooseberries and raspberries, no way are the birds nicking our big fat blueberries again:mad:
