    afternoon all Has any one applied for the sun legoland tickets they are the ones you pay £1.50 towards cost of postage. I have just received an email for me to print out my 2xtickets when I applied for the chessington tickets they posted them to me could this be a spam email
    Just checked and yes same here email received to print out the tickets for Legoland. I have had Chessington and Alton Towers tickets and these were sent by post.
    The email looks genuine and I clicked on the print tickets and they have the correct name and date on etc. To me they appear to be genuine. If so don't see how they can justify charging the £1.50 for sending them!

    Exactly!

    Although it does explain that there seems to be some sort of kudos associated with copy pasting the first post into a new thread, and that there's a heirarchy of people "allowed" to do so. Therefore it seems Henlans (and Locarr is another I seem to remember) is not worthy and people just lurk instead of posting. It's supposed to be an honour or something?

    Thread is full, new thread needed, just start it already. It's not a playground here. Glitching is serious stuff!:T
    It's unbelievably childish

    Who cares who starts the thread? Are people really staying away because Henlans started this one - how utterly ridiculous!

    Makes me laugh :rotfl::rotfl:

    Seconded...grown adults throwing their toys out the pram over who copied and pasted the 1st post...hilarious stuff!! :rotfl::rotfl:

    Good afternoon Ladyshopper what hospital will you be in or should I not ask;)hope the surgery goes well as I do believe we have not dissimilar probs.I had a telephone consultation yesterday :( not quite the same as face to face but I have appt with consultant at UCL H next month and hoping to get things sorted then .

    Same hospital as you Nanny.

    I was supposed to have a telephone consultation in May - unfortunately I didn't know it was a telephone consultation as they sent the wrong letter, so I trekked all the way there. Was less than impressed, although I did get to see a registrar eventually!

    I'm there on Monday for my pre-op, then my actual op date is 28th July. Which consultant are you under? Mine is Miss Greenwell who is fantastic.

    I've just done a live chat with them and they have confirmed that the emails are genuine. Apparently it was a "booking" fee, even though it said postage fee and they were sent by email to get the tickets out quicker...
    Thanks for checking this. I was thinking that perhaps they have done this as a lot of people do sell the tickets on and people may be more reluctant to buy them if they are just email print outs and also have the purchasers name on.

    Watch out (in other words, take care) on the Savers White Fish Fillets (frozen), that we would have had as Tvs M until something else became far better (namely Cod glitching vs 20p) and then went very quickly long ago, if buying them in M. In some Ms the pack size has gone down to 450g even though SEL still says 500g £1.62. If you are buying them, make sure your store has the old stock 500g or else, if you are getting 450g, that the store is not charging as much as £1.62. I do not know - since I have seen no SELs for 450g:D - but, if there is a weight reduction, I expect a corresponding reduction in price.

    I may be naive. (In fact, actually I'm not naive - as I don't "expect" stores to reduce prices, instead I expect them to do all they can to rip us off as much as possible:rotfl:. So, instead I'm cynical. But you know what I mean - if they are 450g in your store and going through the till at £1.62, then I regard them as too expensive so DO NOT buy them!) They should be £1.45 or less:p:rotfl:.

    This post is more to let you know:cool: about the weight reduction that has occurred on the stock in some M stores.
