Re voltarol - brilliant stuff, the only thing that worked when I had a wrist problem

OH has back problems and joint problems and is prescribed something called Movelat gel which is a mild anti inflammatory and pain relief.
I had to resort to using it when I had the foot injury the other week and it did make a difference - i don't think its the same thing as voltarol or as powerful but if you don't like swallowing pain killers it might be an alternative - worth asking the doc if its suitable for your aches and pains

    Good morning all...

Lovely weather has become cloudy and a little cold...thats because my kids have finally embraced the summer uniform!

NSD today, but I do need to construct a list of sorts for tomorrow.

Took some reduced pork ribs out of the freezer this morning that I got from the T deli reductions a few weeks back only to find that whilst the deli label says pork ribs its actually pork fillet clearly they have been mislabeled and what I guess should have been 4 ribs are indeed fillets....not a bad purchase for £1.

This is not a good sign - 2 cats have come home - Treacle is still in the porch - Ronnie has taken to his bed and Sophie is snuggled up next to me - a bit fed up of trying to get my attention away from the iPad - cats are always good weather indicators

So it might end up being a scrub the house And a mass delete of the email inbox 7k of junk afternoon - very tedious

Postie has brought the currency - I only discovered next day delivery for currency yesterday - such a simple way of doing it

Also some MOCs from Jordan's - my crunchy nut cereal had a stick in last week, took photos, saved the stick, tweeted them - good thing I noticed before I gagged on it :rotfl:

Sarahdol, glad to hear you are feeling better today, I was just about to ask how you got on at the doctors. I wonder if you had a trapped nerve, strange it has gone over night but good news.....

Also noticed on MSE freebies that if you have been married 30 years and send off a photocopy of your certificate then you qualify for a free travelodge night

Not sure how long my sentence was - might be last year that it was pearl - worth sending an email anyway

Just have to find it now  - even with the shiny new domestic finances system I am not sure - it would be just my luck to be married in the wrong year and/or the cert be missing

Incase anyone is wondering I was a child bride and I had elderly children very young :rotfl:

Good morning all. Have decided to come back, purely because I miss the thread.

Does not change my opinion of the OP or my suspicions about who is reporting posts, but there we go. I don't see anything he posts anyway.

Hugs to logie, hope your granddad is comfortable. FC, everyone has to stop being strong from time to time, hugs to everyone I have missed.

Going to be a little bit off and on this week anyway, especially at the weekend, got a busy one on.
Had quite a result this week. Finally managed to get a Tefal Actifry. Someone in my local T forgot to remove the reduced SEL after the price went back up, ended up being paid £4 to take it away :D

I need to sort the rest of my house and boot sale soon as I have a Saturday night early finishas biit sake 6am start on Sunday if you want a pitch. Isn't it amazing how much we hoard !
