Dear Logie sorry to hear about your grandad, hope he is as comfortable as possible. It will be five years this year we lost my beloved Dad too. Glad work backed down and let you have leave in the school holidays.

Tweets you are soo good with your weightloss, I am trying to take a leaf out of your book.

I must admit I lost the old asda APG fairly early on and found it really hard when there was old APG and new APG running at the same time.

Better get up and at em long day today. New parents evening tonight , have to do a little talk, and bake some samples of our food.

I am bored been up with ds3 since first light. He was in bad pain has now gone back to bed . so I have cleaned the whole house. Watered greenhouse and Polly tunnel. Not doing garden as looks like rain. Fed hens and ducks and cleaned the chicks. Even put In a c and c for asda later. Sitting here and not sure what to do now .

Morning all.....absolutely hissing it down here!!!
Quiet day for me as pretty much everyone out of the office. Will be a bore but at least I might remember to put my C&C in before 12 today!
Went to gym yesterday and was really pleased to beat my deadlift PB.....lifted 95 kilos for 3 reps! Had only ever managed 92.5 in the past and had been stuck at that weight for 2 months.
