We were going to go to Austin but my director didn't want to do the drive there, which is fair enough. We'll be working hard enough as it is.

I've checked my emails on a weekend for the first time this series and have had one of my worries disappear. So I'm glad I did it. Still a couple more to conquer before shoot time but we'll get there! I'm off to Texas for a week, then New York. We have half rest days here and there so will get a little bit of downtime.

Obviously I have done the Elite thing and signed up for frequent flyer miles on both of the airlines I'll be on. Any other tips on maximising a paid for trip?

When going on courses I always try to organise the accommodation for the cashback.
