I stopped buying hand towels and bath towels years ago. Always buy the bath sheets. After all you can still dry your hands on a big towel too:)

I bought towels for DD and DS at Christmas and they went down a treat:)

The size of towels in hotels drives me bats - what is the point in just putting out hand towels.

When we were away last we had to ask for 4 towels each day - just about OK for blokes but the hand towels would not even go around my middle - the clue is in the name. The steward took some convincing that 4 was the minimum - I demonstrated for him - fully clothed of course :rotfl:

If we are going anywhere now and driving so weight is not an issue I put bath towels in the boot of the car to supplement too small hotel towels
