Been such a beautiful day, what a difference a bit of sun makes. Spent most of the afternoon in the park. Got a bit of patchy sunburn on my back though from where I couldn't quite reach :rotfl:

Off for a catch up and a nice cold beer now

with the garnier shampoos do they have to show on msm ?
i just got 11 of these

Oh do you Nannylala. Don t think I fancy that one either lol. I ve downloaded a couple of smoothie books onto my kindle that were free one was today. My blender doesn t break down things properly so I get chunks of strawberry or banana when I'm drinking it but that s ok I can live with that.

Ps I even added a third of a tin of rice pudding that I had left over yesterday with strawberries, strawberry yoghurt to thicken it and rice milk which is very watery lol and it was ok. Guess anything can go in them

They do show use msm rather than app an look to see what ones are on T's.
