    No dippy it'll be me

    £4.98 comparing with £2.49 x 2 less the 10%
    So that's £4.98-£2.24 = £2.74 x 2 = £5.48 but you paid £6

However I might have totally misunderstood or worked it out all wrong.

    Told ya all wrong

    Evening all

Bingo win was Barley bear. Was on a Sunday morning and £8000
Didn't do too badly from bingo paid for an expensive wardrobe and remember someone winning enough to get a new carpet.

    Mixed day.
Leaking valve in airing cupboard caused a huge water mark to come up on stairwell this morning. Emailed landlord at 11 am and only reply at 6 pm was 'what happened'! Sent photos. Spoke to letting agent this afternoon who said I had to turn water off. Told landlord that so now no water, sanitation or anything.
Not allowed to call plumber out without permission.
Hope will hear something tomorrow or will be trouble ahead.

Second thing was Cemetery we want to scatter dad's ashes in is closed to newcomers. Apparently that also means no scattering which seems daft. Pointed out we could scatter in any public place and was told to just do it discreetly or £1500 for a very expensive box with memorial on top.
After digging further it seems like my grandad had his ashes inturned and then aunt had him moved to my grandmothers plot in village 20 years later. His plot has been empty ever since but dad did not say that was where he wanted to be put so in lack of instructions we think he did not want this. Dad left detailed instructions on everything else.
So guerilla scattering it will be. Not sure aunt will be happy but luckily sister's friends with bloke who would chase us out for doing this and as she says be too late by then.

Good news of the day. My house builder called. Would I like the plot with south facing garden and car parking space directly outside of house:T:T

So day ended well even if I can't flush the toilet:eek:

Rare weekend at home so some sun would be nice.

    V x
