We bought the Morphy Richards Accent kitchen appliances last May for our first house. The toaster is the 4 slice toaster, but come yesterday the 2 right slots no longer work, but the left side works fine. I'm sure I signed up for the 2 year warranty thing but cannot find anything to prove it. I think they're only going to say we have 1 year, but we didnt actually start using the appliances until november when we moved in. DO we have any chance of them fixing it at all?

Whats the 2 year warranty thing you think you signed up for? Manufacturers warranty perhaps?
Who is "they" and "them"? The retailer or the manufacturer (or did you buy it direct from the manufacturer meaning they're both retailer and manufacturer)?
We really can't advise on whether "they" will fix it or not. What we can advise on is what your consumer rights are.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Sorry, the 2 year warranty is with Morphy Richards, it was on the box to register the products for a 2 year warranty instead of the 1 year they do. We bought them from Currys0

So have you returned the item to currys or morphy richards? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Neither yet going to call the morphy richards helpline thing for their warranty tomorrow as they're only open office hours but I don't know what rights I'd have if they won't help0

Personally I'd go via the manufacturer in this instance. Currys are likely going to ask you to prove the fault is inherent (which is their right under Sale of Goods Act if the purchase was more than 6 months ago) where a warranty will usually cover it unless its obvious physical damage. You keep using that word. Ring MR they will send a replacement, might ask to see proof or purchase though, pretty straightforward0
