Not a newbie, FloFlo here, looking for help with windows mail

Hi, I'm setting up my mums laptop and she has windows vista with windows mail not internet express. How do I link her virgin/ntl broadband email addy to windows mail its asking for pop and stmp addresses - I haven't got a clue! When I set mine up express did it all.

Any help appreciated?

  • windows mail help didn't help at all, but I found the info on virgin, thanks.

  • Its quite a complex thing to do it took me about an hour of trail and error but got there in the end. YOu could always try this http://get.live.com/betas/maildesktop_betas its like windows mail except it will handle all your email accounts and its easy to set up ;)
