PPI Claim Seperate or Joint?

I am trying to think of a way to explain this easier?
I was awarded ppi back on several accounts with llyods/Tsb several in my sole name and a few related to joint accounts.
Would they have given me all the PPI Back on the joint loans? He is going to put in a claim for himself (Sole Loans) will he get money back of the joint loan or would i have received it all?

Any PPI refund on a joint account should be split 50/50 between the two of you, if not and you got it all, you owe him as the joint account holder but likely if you complaint about it they would have sent him his share already.
