TSB Loan PPI - Seperate or Joint?

Okay I'll try and explain the best I can.

I claimed PPI back from LLoyds/TSB in my name and got money back for several loans I had.

My husband has never claimed PPI in his name?

As we are married would all the loans we have had been looked at? and I received the PPI from them.

We are not sure if its worth applying in his name or not?

Also now it is a seperate company who do I send the claim too if we make one?

If you complained about a joint loan and the account was still joint they should have refunded it all. Any loans that were joint or in his sole name that have not been complained about before, you can complain about

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
