Drainage insurance cover house with converted flats in?

My property is a house been converted to 2 flats, one I live in, the other is let out. Do you know what insurance company will cover external drainage for my house?

I asked HomeServe.com but they say because my house are 2 flats they don't cover external drainage

Any normal home insurance policy would cover drains if there is any issues with the pipes that you are responsible for.

Did you mention to home serve that it used to be one house? As, usually, if drains are shared, it is the waterboard responsibility to fix. Also home serve would only cover for up to a small limit.
