If the OP is looking for facts not judgement here they are.
Doing this is technically fraud and could end up with a CIFAS marker BUT it won't.
They won't differentiate you from any other non payer, whoever moves into your old address will get loads of threatening letters and that's it.
Downside is if you move back within 6 years you are f*cked.0 -
