The competition is open to all UK and ROI residents over 23 and under 75 years old (this is for insurance purposes) with the exception of the Millets (or any company within the same group of companies as Millets - jdsports.co.uk/page/our-brands/) and JELLYBEAN CAMPERS LTD employees, their immediate families or friends, or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Entry into the competition is free.
3. Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 12th June 2015. Late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical or connectivity problems or otherwise.
4. To enter, entrants must fill out and submit their full name with their email address in the relevant fields within the Jelly Bean Camper Competition page. Millets (and other companies within the same group of companies as Millets jdsports.co.uk/page/our-brands/) and Jelly Bean Campers LTD, with your permission, may also use it to tell you about their products and offers, and for market research, including analysis and development of the Millet’s and Jelly Bean Camper Ltd products and customer relationships.
5. There is a limit of one entry per person. The entry pool will be filtered for duplicates prior to the random selection of the winner. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts will not be accepted.
6. The prize will be provided by Jelly Bean Campers LTD
7. The prize entitles up to 4 people the use of Jethro the jellybean campervan for a weekend of their choosing (excluding July and August and depending on availability) Friday 3pm - Monday 10am. The winner must be over 23 and under 75 and be able to provide three forms of id, two must be photo and one of those must be your full UK driving licence and photo card. The third must be a utility bill dated within the last three months and be the same address as your driving licence.
A security deposit of £500 is required at the time of hire and will be refunded two weeks after the van has been returned subject to van inspection and providing no penalty points driving offences have been presented. The van can be taken into Europe, but Jelly Bean Campers LTD will need prior notification of this, as the insurer will need to be notified. Breakdown recovery is also included & will cover the van within Europe; however, prior consent must be gained. The break must be taken by 1st May 2016. The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability, excludes food and any travel or other expenses, cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded and has no cash value Valid for 1 booking. 8. The driver must have a full UK or EU licence for at least 2 years with no more than 3 penalty points
9. Driver does not have to have own insurance as Jelly Bean Campers LTD insurance will provide the cover. As long as the winner meets Jelly Bean Campers Ltd requirements of: being aged 23-75; have a full UK /EU driving licence for more than 2 years; no more than 6 points on licence; bring 3 forms of id when collecting vehicle (passport, driving licence and utility bill). There will be an excess of £500 if a claim were to be made.
10. The winner will be notified by email, using the details provided, and will be announced on the Millets Facebook page on the next working day. Postal details will be required from the prize winner.
11. The information provided by users will only be disclosed to JD Sports Fashion Group and Jelly Bean Campers LTD, and not to any third party.
12. The winner must respond to the email advising them of their win by no later than 23:59 on June 30th 2015. Winners who do not respond to the email during this period will be unable to claim their prize and a second winner will be generated at random.
13. The promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to or waive any of these terms and conditions, or to cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of circumstance arising beyond its reasonable control.
