PcWorld/Currys don't fix Lenovo's, if there is a hardware fault they're sent to Lenovo/Lenovo's repair agents. This is the same for Asus machines too.

The Dixons Carphone PLC group have no dealing with the fix or not fixing of Lenovo machines where repairs are done under 1st year.


As far as your gift cards into cash goes. No, not in a million years, not only did you not purchase the gift cards from PcWorld/Currys, you purchased them from a reseller who likely gets them at a discount from Currys/PcWorld. You have no hope whatsoever in getting them converted into cash from Currys/PcWorld. Try it with where you got them from originally.
