Try animed - free, fast delivery and excellent customer service. Have been using them for years any never any problems0

I used to use vetuk until someone mentioned animed. Fantastic shop, the free delivery on everything really keeps Costs down. Worming stuff costs me half of what it used to at vetuk.
Not that that helps you now.
How did you pay? Can you claim the cash back via your bank?Sigless0 -
I played through PayPal. I'm not getting lot of interest or help through petmeds customer service dept I'm afraid.0

Up until the past couple of months ago I'd have agreed with you but their customer service has gone way down for some reason
Twice someone was to phone me back - and hasn't - and I've sent 3 emails with queries that haven't been responded to!
Orders are still arriving quickly and they have the huge bonus of free delivery (great if you're just wanting a small thing) - but tbh if I don't trust cs or they can't be arsed to respond to queries - I'll go elsewhere ....Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

YES!! Placed order in July. Still NOT dispatched by September. Numerous emails not replied to. So rang to (quite rightly) complain and cancel order on the 18/9. Refund still NOT in account. Tried to speak to 'Fran', but was talked over. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, told there wasn't one & she cut off call.Rang back and spoke to 'Tom' who clearly had decided to try to amuse himself at my expense.TOTALLY unacceptable business and customer service. IMMEDIATE REFUND, VERBAL AND WRITTEN APOLOGY REQUIRED. Needless to say I won't be using them again OR recommending0
