Following advice and guidence from this website i recently put in for my bank charges, I've filed a court case, to which the last responce i recieved basically said...
Unless the bank (lloyds tsb) files an questionnaire by 18th July, then they shall stand struck out without the need for further order, and the claimant shall be entitled to enter judgement pursuant to CPR 3.5.
Now, i'm not the brightest, But im translating that to me, Unless the bank file a defence, I WIN.
i recieved that letter on 6th July, but have had no more contact since.
Can anyone advise what to do next?
Do i just sit and wait?
A few threads mention 'judgement by default'? Is that the next step, and if so, How do i go about that.
Any advice much appriciated as im as a loss as to how to progress.
Thanks in advance.

First thing you should do is check with the court whether the questionnaire mentioned in the order has been filed, if it has not then enter judgment . It may be advisable to take (or send) a copy of the order with you so that the court knows what you are trying to do.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0 -
Thanks for the quick response.
I'll ring the court on Monday and check.
If they haven't, How do i go about 'entering a judgement by default'.0 -

When you speak to the court ask them to send you the form to request judgment be entered. As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0 -
