Hi there folks
If anyone can help that would be great.
So my wife and I have a mortgage in principle from Halifax - our full offer has however hit a snag - we are both employed PAYE and both have self employed status too - our income has been verified and its not the problem
PROBLEM IS
Halifax are saying that my wife is registered as self employed in Leiecestershire - weird as we live in Glasgow. We called the Tax office and they told us it could be to do with when she registered back in 2006 - whoever took her call and registered her must have been based there and this has had a knock on effect. Halifax are now saying that they think she commutes there from Glasgow for her work?!???? its so cazy
Any help in getting this solved would be great.
