Parking charge from Highview Parking

Hi there,
I recieved a parking charge from Highview Parking this morning for 28/05/2015 stating that I stayed there for 1h 49m and exceeded the time limit.
I thought I had 2 hours and I obviously don't want to pay this fine. Should I use the templates provided on the newbie thread or is there a better approach for me to use?
Thanks
Kurt

Makes it all worthwhile :rotfl:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm not saying the newbie thread is useless but I saw it was made in November 2013 and wasn't sure if that approach was still the best one to use
.
It was Bradfield Road, Sheffield S6.
I'll use the newbie template then. Is it better to post/email the contest?
Thanks0 -
doesnt matter when it was made, what matters is when it was amendedLast edited by Coupon-mad; 23-04-2015 at 2:52 PM.
very few parking companies allow email appeals, but they usually tell you how to appeal on the paperwork and their websites0
