No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. (Excluding Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any third party other than Swinton Insurance.
To enter the prize draw you must fully answer the question on swinton.co.uk.
Entries are limited to one entry per person. Additional entries will not be accepted.
Entries on swinton.co.uk for the prize draw to win 1 of 5 100 Euro currency cards commence on 2nd June 2015 and will close at 23:59:59 on 30th June 2015.
The 5 winners of the prize draw for a 100 euro currency card will be contacted by email shortly after the competition has ended to obtain additional information of postal address to send their prize too. The 5 winners will then be formally announced on 3rd July 2015. If the additional information has not been received by the 10th July 2015 then a re-draw for those prize draw winner(s) will take place.
No entries will be accepted after 23:59.59 on 30th June 2015.
All winning entries will be picked at random by Swinton Insurance overseen by an independently appointed person. Details of the winning selection process are available on request by writing to Currency card Prize Draw, Marketing Manager, Swinton House, 6 Great Marlborough Street, Manchester, M1 5SW
The decision of the selection process is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferrable, no other prizes are available and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part to the prize.
By entering the prize draw you agree to Swinton Insurance using your entry for PR activities and marketing purposes including, but not limited to, sending you details of our offers, services and promotions.
Prize draw winners may be required to participate in additional publicity that may be included in, but not limited to, Swinton Insurance’s social media campaigns and website content.
Employees of Swinton Group Limited and members of their families and anyone involved in the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
In exceptional circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control, Swinton Insurance reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draws or these terms and conditions at any stage but we will always try to limit the effect on participants, in order to avoid disappointment.
