    Other than a cheque in your name have you any supporting paperwork to suggest the payment was correct (i.e. agreement to the claim) or does your paperwork have a £470 gap between what they agreed and what was paid.

    Unless you have something else backing up your 'good faith' point then you might struggle to keep it
