I sent them a message saying that I was unable to enter and would they enter for me. Just had this in reply:

Thank you for your email message.

ETA: I've now emailed them, with all the required details, so we'll see what happens! Tells me the webpage isn't there after I submit! That's down to their website not our PC's!

I got a different guy sending the email. I think everyone should email them. When you get the page not submitting, there is a contact form on there, which I missed first time round.
