I don't think all LLs are like you chuck - and I mean that in a nice way :-)
For some, even many it is all about the money.
You experience and how you operate is an interesting contribution but it would be wrong to assume everyone operates like you.
Thanks, I know that, my point was that not everyone operates the other way. I think in any given market, profession, trades or labouring, you will find gentleman (take that as including women), neutrals and absolute total idiots.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
It swings back and for, yes it is the LLs market at the moment, but soon it could swing back the other way being in the tenants favour.
The laws are constantly changing, and soon he largest number of voters will be renter, the party to appeal the most to renters will get the most votes.0 -

if only a shortages could be fixed by a law, we would have no hunger in the world we would just write on a piece of paper "food shall be plentiful and there will be no hunger" and thats that fixed0 -

If it does swing back in favour of the tenant, then it would cost the government more in public funds but at least the housing market would continue to be booming for a little while longer.
Reality is however that they will be cutting back on public funds propping up rents and property prices. The thing about chaos is, it's fair.0
