This morning I noticed a tiny spider walking around on my screen.
I thought I had a virus and was running all kinds of scans etc.
Then I thought that it might be an actual spider that got inside my flat screen monitor!!
Is taking a screenshot using 'print screen' button an accurate way to check??!
lol

After an 'argument' with someone who apparently knows about this sort of thing and telling me it was a virus, i've finally confirmed that it IS an actual, living spider!
Feels GOOD to prove them wrong! lol0 -
yup , now try capturing it with a 'print screen' , a camera maybe , but a 'print screen'0

Yes.
If you take a screen shot and then open it up in paint, the spider should still be in the same spot (not moving) as it was when you took the screen shot.
If, in paint, the spider is still moving around, then it's an actual spider.0 -
Could also be a 'thunderbug' - they look almost entirely like a comma or apostrophe and will get everywhere - including right inside your computer! When they're in the screen at the very least it's insanely annoying as the punctuation walks and confuses you. They drove a colleague so nuts she replaced her (aging) laptop as it was uneconomical to get them cleaned out!0

why not just be nice to it , put some biscuit crumbs on the glass and see if it is curious0
