Self Adhesive Vinyl - Wardrobe doors

Hi,
I would like to replace some fitted wardrobe doors at home but they don't seem to be a standard size - 610 x 1830 & 610 x 610
I have come across self adhesive vinyl - & wondered if anyone has any experience with it.
Is it easy to use ?
Does the finished product look ok?

If the 'self adhesive vynil' is anything like Fablon, it will be :eek:
If the doors are on runners and are mirrored they can be turned round and painted..................
