Not sure it would be much help, but it might be an idea to make some recorded test calls to BT to see what information they give out regarding these charges... If the information given out does vary it may help with your claim....0

Yes, a good point. Then if the op was to record the calls, and they were giving differing replies, then that may well assist a claim.0
