In which case you should be aware that RSA who underwrite all of the above policies have recently written to vets telling them that all referrals must be notified to them so that they can agree which of their preferred specialists you go to. The letter says this took effect on 25th May.
Understandably some vets are very concerned as this may restrict the specialist care your pets can receive.
Personally I think it is dubious that they can do this mid policy-year when it is not in the policy agreement. Any thoughts?
